  • We provide a wide range of metal stamping and fabrication services such as welding, heat treatment, sand blasting, hairline, buffing, painting, powder coating, silk screening, plating, and assembly.  Our products include metal components, accessories, and cases.
     
  • Our Mitsubishi ML3015LVP Laser Machine can cut metal sheets with dimension of up to 1.5 m x 3 m into any shape.
     
  • We are equipped with Amada VIPROS 2510C High Speed CNC Turret Punch Press and FBDIII-8025 CNC Hydraulic Press Brake. 
  • Our advanced equipment enables us to produce a small quantity of metal parts and cases within one to two days WITHOUT a mold.  This will help you incur lower development lead time and production costs.
     
  • We have a hundred plus 10 to 110 ton punching machines, and over fifty production machines at our plant. 
     
  • Our in-house engineering and tooling departments are ready to work with you on your specific needs.
